GRAND HAVEN, MI (June 30, 1996) -- The No. 4th ranked team of Scott Ayakatubby and Brian Lewis defeated Adam Johnson and Jose Loiola 15-10 to capture their second Miller Lite/AVP Tour victory of the season at the $125,000 AVP West Michigan Open at Grand Haven, MI this weekend.

Ayakatubby and Lewis advanced straight to the championship final by posting an undefeated record through three days of competition.
