BEGINNING-INTERMEDIATE  VOLLEYBALL CLASS   (12-years-old  to  Adult)

Thursday Nights
7:30-9:30 PM
Fisher Middle School, 19195 Fisher Ave., Los Gatos, California

Emphasis will be on improvement and consistency of all volleyball skills (Serve, Pass, Set, Hit, Block, Dig, Teamwork).    Using my  KEYWORDS  for  learning volleyball skills.

Each weekly two-hour class will be roughly one-hour of drills and one-hour of play.

Fun, game-like drills, using the nets, maximizing ball contacts and opportunity for feedback from the coach.  Skills taught are team-play oriented with a fun practice/play atmosphere.  Second hour of class is team play, with six-person teams practicing offensive and defensive systems (6-0 / 4-2 / 6-2 offense, perimeter defense, reading/adjusting).

Positive, supportive, learning environment.  No attitudes allowed!

Instructor: Tom Jack, has over twenty years of teaching volleyball, including 17 seasons coaching High School, Middle School,  and Club. 
                     Head Coach Los Gatos High School, 1996-2002 (72-7 League Record (91% wins) / 167-21 Overall Record (89% wins) over 7 seasons - including many trips to SoCAL.)

SUMMER VOLLEYBALL CAMP  (9-14 years-old, boys & girls)

AUGUST 5-9, Monday-Friday,
4:00-6:00pm

This camp will focus on improving boys & girls volleyball skills (serve, pass, set, hit, defense).   Fun game-like drills, games, and feedback will be used to improve skills.    We will practice skills needed for players on Middle School and High School teams.
