1996 ATLANTA OLYMPIC GAMES: Reno and Holly McPeak tied for fifth. The pair qualified for the beach volleyball competition by compiling 430 team points together on the 1995-96 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championship-Series circuit.

GRAND SLAM: Reno has competed in 18 grand slam events and is eighth in earnings ($57,213.13). Reno teamed with Kirby to win the 1992 and 1997 Nationals. Reno and McPeak won both the 1995 Nationals and Best of the Beach. Reno and McPeak were second at both the 1995 shootout and U. S. Open.

WPVA CAREER: Reno is seventh in earnings ($220,235.63). Reno has 43 final four finishes, including 20 wins. Reno was the tour's most improved player in 1992, best blocker in 1992, 1995 and 1996, and top hitter in 1995.

FIVB: Reno has 12 final fours in 17 events, including six wins with McPeak and three with Kirby. Reno is ninth in career earnings ($138,900) and won the 1995-96 bonus pool ($60,000).

PARTNERSHIPS: Reno has competed in 76 events with 15 different partners, including 21 stops with McPeak, 20 with Kirby, six with Harrer, five each with Cammy Ciarelli and Julie Thornton, four with Mary Jo Peppler, three with Sharkie Zartman, two each with Nina Matthies, Liz Masakayan, Heather Hafner and Rock, and one each with Rita Crockett, Linda Hanley, Kathy Hanley and Beth Engman.

COLLEGE: Reno graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif., in 1988 and spent 1989 attending Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. She lettered four years in volleyball at Stanford where she earned All-America honors and was selected as the school's Female athlete. Reno was an academic All-American.

AMATEUR: Reno was a member of the United States National Team in 1989.

HIGH SCHOOL: Reno competed in volleyball, basketball and softball at Glenbard West.

PERSONAL: Reno's mother is Patricia Reno. She has two brothers (Bradly and Jeffry) and a sister (Debbie). Her hobbies are woodworking, painting, scuba diving and guitar playing. Reno has worked on a doctorate in animal biology at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
